I’m a woman who loves a disco, and honestly? Getting sober scared the life out of me. My whole world revolved around nightlife. I’m a DJ agent at one of the top agencies in the world, I’m married to a DJ, all my mates rave, and my entire adult life was built around late nights, festivals, afters, and “just one more track.”
So the idea of taking a break from drinking and drugs felt impossible.
But it ended up being the thing that completely changed my life.
Now, alongside my work as a DJ agent, I help people understand their relationship with drugs and alcohol without shame, without labels, and without the all-or-nothing pressure.
I don’t believe everyone needs to be sober forever. For some people, a reset is exactly what they need. For others, it’s about finding a way to enjoy a night out, a glass of wine, or the occasional Ibiza blowout without losing themselves, their confidence, or their wellbeing. For some people sober is the best and only way but it's not black and white and I work with people to help them figure out the best path for them.
I’ve learned how to pick my battles, protect my peace, and stay true to who I am; whether I’m on a dance floor or not. And everything I’ve learned through my own journey, my training, and the hundreds of conversations I’ve had in the industry I’ve poured into the resources, coaching, and programs I share with you.
I co-host Once Upon a Dance Floor with Sophie Elsalaabi — a podcast all about the wild, messy, beautiful shift from being a 24-hour party person to navigating parenthood.
I’m a certified Recovery Coach trained through IRSI, and I’m also a qualified Transformational Life Coach through Mindful Talent accredited by the Association of Coaches. I’ve expanded my work even further by training as a Trauma-Informed, Compassion-Focused Coach with The Soul Institute; giving me the depth, skill, and understanding to support people through real, lasting change.
I work with privately with high achieving women on a 1 to 1 basis for a minimum of 8 weeks.
You can also join a group programme - The Six Zero Experiment.
