The millennial mid-life shift no one prepared us for - you’re not just imagining it.

An 8 week 1:1 coaching experienced designed for millennial women who are longing to let go of outdated behaviors - rebuild your relationship with alcohol and impulsivity - and reemerge into the woman you’re proud o

This is for women who look “fine” on the outside, but know something underneath isn’t aligned.

You’ve built a life.
You’re capable, responsible, resilient.
And yet, alcohol (and sometimes drugs) have slowly become the way you unwind, cope, switch off, feel something, or feel less.

It helps you relax.
It helps you socialise.
It helps you forget, for a while, the constant feeling of never quite being enough.

This isn’t about burning your life down.
It’s about finally understanding yourself and creating a version of happiness that doesn’t revolve around a glass of wine at the end of every day.

It’s about meeting the woman you already know exists… but keep overriding, numbing, or postponing.

As millennial women, many of us are hitting a quiet reckoning.

The sense that we’re behind.
That time is running faster than we expected.
That we should be further along, happier, more successful, more fulfilled by now.

From binge drinking in our teens and twenties to alcohol being woven seamlessly into adult life, there is always a reason not to stop:

Weddings. Holidays. Birthdays. Stressful weeks. Amazing weeks.
“Just one more month.”
“Now isn’t a good time.”

Meanwhile, life has gotten more serious.

Jobs. Partners. Kids. Mortgages. Older parents. Finances.
Trying to eat well, exercise, sleep, be present, be everything to everyone.

Somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.

You know your nervous system is frazzled, but no one ever taught you how to regulate it.

Maybe you drink most evenings as a “reward” for holding it all together.

Maybe you’re balanced most of the time… until you’re not, and then it’s OUT OUT, blackout, regret, anxiety, shame.

You know your nervous system is frazzled, but no one ever taught you how to regulate it.

You know drinking doesn’t serve you anymore, yet it keeps happening.

You can hear the voice of your potential, but you drown it out because you don’t know where to start.

Hangovers aren’t funny anymore. Your body doesn’t bounce back.

And when you feel overwhelmed, your brain goes straight to: “I need a drink.”

You’re good at what you do.
CEO, creative, carer, mum, or all of the above.
But something feels off, and you can’t quite name it.

You want to feel healthier, happier, calmer, more confident, more abundant.

And right now, even knowing where to begin feels exhausting.

That’s what this work is for.

This is for you if:

• Evening wine has become a habit, not a treat
• Blackout nights still creep in more than you’d like
• You justify drinking no matter the day you’ve had
• You feel worn down by constant emotional drama
• You’re resilient, but deeply tired of pushing through
• You’re navigating a big identity shift: divorce, motherhood, career change, burnout
• You regularly abandon your own needs
• You know the people you love deserve a better version of you
• Alcohol has become a comfort blanket or coping mechanism
• You’re bored of being underappreciated and overworked
• You default to people-pleasing for an easier life
• You feel pulled toward a new chapter… and yet keep sabotaging yourself

And you know that something has to change.

This is not for you if:

• You want quick fixes with no inner work
• You’re not ready to look honestly at your patterns
• You’re unwilling to be open, real, and vulnerable
• You’re not prepared to stop or significantly reduce drinking/drug use for 8 weeks

This work only works if you meet it.

What makes this different

This is not an abstinence programme.
It’s not a sobriety bootcamp.
And it’s completely judgement-free.

We don’t treat alcohol or drugs as the problem.
We treat them as signals.

Because your habits aren’t broken behaviour.
They’re solutions your nervous system learned to survive.

Together, we uncover:

Together, we uncover:
• What your coping mechanisms are protecting
• What your body has been trying to tell you
• The core wounds underneath the patterns, without dragging you back into trauma

This approach isn’t really about sobriety.
It’s about agency, choice, and freedom.

You may choose sobriety.
You may choose conscious moderation.
What matters is that you are choosing, not reacting.

You’ll finish our work with:

• A regulated nervous system
• A personalised toolbox for stress, emotions, and cravings
• A clear plan for life beyond the 8 weeks
• A new relationship with yourself

What’s included

• 8 weeks of personalised 1:1 coaching
• Weekly 60-minute private sessions
• WhatsApp support throughout (optional tier)
• Real-time support during cravings, wobbles, and wins
• 2 months access to The Green Room membership after our work together

For these 8 weeks, I am your coach, confidant, and steady guide.

About Me

I’m Joanna.

In 2018, I stopped drinking to save my relationship, career, and honestly, my life.
Rock bottom didn’t arrive in one dramatic moment. It came in stages.

I thought giving up alcohol meant losing my identity, my fun, my spark.
What I learned is that the spark was never the lifestyle. It was always me.

After several sober years, pregnancy, motherhood, and a messy attempt at moderation, I eventually found a version of balance that feels grounded, joyful, and sustainable.

In 2021, I created The Six Zero Experiment, supporting hundreds of people to rebuild their relationship with alcohol and themselves.

I’m a:
• Qualified Recovery Coach (IRSI)
• Transformational Life Coach (Mindful Talent)
• Compassion Focused Coach (The Soul Institute)

I don’t help women “quit drinking”.
I help them come home to themselves.

My Method: The 4 Pillars

1. Awareness

Understanding who you are and what’s really going on.

Values, identity, patterns, triggers
The part of you that drinks and why it exists

2. Understanding

Closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Nervous system education
Window of tolerance
Shame, protection, and survival patterns
Environment, habits, and support structures

3. Compassion

Replacing self-criticism with self-leadership.

Inner critic work
Self-worth and boundaries
Where you abandon yourself and how to stop
Parts work and internal dialogue

4. Change

Creating sustainable, non-dramatic change.

Boundaries and integration
New roles for old coping parts
Simple, realistic shifts that actually stick
Life design that supports the woman you’re becoming
